Welcome to the Homepage of the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (DWNP/PERHILITAN) Peninsular Malaysia.
The Department is always concern towards the needs in managing in sustainable manner the national biodiversity resources. As one of the agencies concerned with habitat and wild fauna conservation, the Department will ensure to provide the best services to the public.
This web page is intended to provide information on the Department particularly its objectives and functions in conserving the nation's resources. Visitors would be able to get information on the various conservation programmes undertaken by the Department.
In having this website, the public will not only be aware of the Department's activities but also gain information on the local fauna. I hope this knowledge will be helpful in terms of conservation for the future.
